Meet Dr. Frank Greer

NCT® Technologies was founded by Dr. Frank Greer, a visionary in surface engineering with over 30 patents. Building on pioneering research from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and Caltech, Dr. Greer developed breakthrough technologies like Atomic Layer Polishing (ALP®), setting new standards in precision and quality for the semiconductor and advanced tech industries.
